Chaudhary Wasif Hussain Minhas

Co-Founder & CEO

Pakistani national based in Helsinki, Finland, with hands-on peer-to-peer EV charging experience as Co-Founder & COO of Volt Share, a P2P EV charging network in Lahore — directing operations, host onboarding, and OCPP integration. Previously Marketing Manager at Bin Fida Palace Marquee running Meta/Google campaigns and SEO, and for over a decade CEO of Minhas Agri & Farm Gasses managing full P&L and IoT telemetry. As CEO, he leads company vision, go-to-market, and representation to Business Finland, investors, and regulators.

Muhammad Arif Siddiqui

Co-Founder & CFO

Holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and has worked as a finance manager for nearly thirty years, including roles at ZH Ground Water & Construction, Minhas Agri Farms & Bio Gasses, and Bin Fida Palace Marquee. As Co-Founder & CFO, he leads financial controls, budgeting, and reporting as the company scales.

Khurram Shahzad

Co-Founder & CMO

Based in Mianchannu, holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. His primary career is industrial water-treatment and power-plant chemistry — Shift Chemist at Saif Power, Balloki, and currently UCH Power Plant (ENGIE) — alongside marketing roles at ZH Ground Water & Construction, Minhas Agri Farms & Bio Gasses, and Bin Fida Palace Marquee. As CMO, he owns brand-building and go-to-market marketing.

Mudassar Ali Riaz

CTO

Full-stack developer and technical project manager with 12+ years building large-scale, high-performance platforms for international clients — most recently Senior Project Manager at SnapToGuide LLC (US), architecting a real-time bidding platform, AI features, and AWS infrastructure. Holds a BE in Information Technology (UET Taxila) and co-authored an IEEE paper. As CTO, he leads the platform's technical architecture and personally built the Android MVP.

Tahir Shabir

COO

Pakistani national based in Chakwal with over two decades of electro-mechanical and HVAC maintenance-supervision experience across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, including senior technician roles at Dewan Fibres and LG Air Conditioners (Riyadh). As COO, he oversees host and driver onboarding, IoT charger-module rollout, and installation quality assurance.
